I am excited to get to know you and your partner on our prenatal visits. In our visits we will find out your desires are for this birth, how involved your partner want to be, and how you both see my role. I look forward to sharing some simple exercises you can do during pregnancy to prepare for labor. We will cover a variety of comfort measures and discuss your postpartum plan to ensure a smooth transition to your new life with baby.

Throughout your pregnancy, I will be available to you through email and text during business hours. Beginning at 38 weeks, I will be available 24/7 by call and ready to join you in labor, whether that be at home or at the birth location. I stay with you throughout your labor and birth and help you to advocate for the Golden Hour with your baby.

At your postpartum follow-up visit, I will provide detailed birth notes, fill in any gaps, and answer any questions you may have. I can also provide you with resources and referrals as necessary.
